You start your journey almost penniless in a port city. Find a job nearby and earn a modest income. Create a company of up to 4 people and share the workload by assigning different tasks.

Bring Your Design to Life
Buy land. Design a house. Build it. Decorate it with personal touches and unleash your inner designer. Sell it at auction. The land is all yours. It’s up to you.

Co-op in an Open World Simulator
Have you ever dreamed of creating a company together with friends? Sure, you can manage everything solo, but it’s always funnier when your friends are trolling you. (Well, I’m not quite sure about that.) One of you is the CEO, and he/she has control over your powers. So, if you can’t buy land or take a loan from the bank, you better talk to your CEO before writing your good wishes on our Discord server. (Or we can talk to your CEO on your behalf; that’s also a solution.)

Demolition
What relief can a sledgehammer bring? Give it a try! Smash down a big house with a sledgehammer. Or take down real big houses. (You don’t even clean your own room? Let’s keep that a secret. No one should know you can demolish an entire mansion online.)

Upgrade Your Skills
As you gain experience, you earn skill points and can decide which skills or tools you want to focus on. Having colleagues who specialize in different areas can make your job even easier.

Logistics
Not all ways to make money are so complicated. You can simply pocket some cash by delivering cargo. But be careful, you’ll be carrying different types of items.

Contracting
You (and your company) work on contracts. These contracts can include finishing work, demolition, construction, logistics, or a combination of some of these.
