ENTER A DARK REALITY INSPIRED BY BEKSINSKI’S WORKS
The spirit world in The Medium is a dark reflection of our reality, a gloomy and uncomfortable place where unpunished transgressions, ill intentions, and corrupt secrets manifest and take form. This world was inspired by the paintings of Zdzisław Beksiński, a Polish dystopian and surrealist artist, renowned worldwide for his distinctive dark style.

MUSIC BY YAMAOKA AND REIKOWSKI
Immerse yourself in the haunting and oppressive atmosphere of the game with the original "dual" soundtrack co-created by Akira Yamaoka and Arkadiusz Reikowski. Yamaoka is a legendary Japanese composer best known for the soundtracks of the Silent Hill series. Reikowski is a nominee for the Hollywood Music in Media Award and has worked on acclaimed horror games such as Blair Witch, Layers of Fear, and Observer. Now, they join creative forces to create music and songs for The Medium.
